Finally, the much-anticipated apology from Communications consultant at the presidency to General Secretary of the Conventions People’s Party (CPP), have happened.
The apology happened when Sam George and Ivor Greenstreet appeared as panelists on TV 3’s Midday show on Friday morning.
Appearing with New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Youth Organizer, Sammy Awuku, the panelists did a review of issues affecting the socio-economic development of the country.
The climax was when Sam George before the commencement of the show shook hands with the CPP man to reconcile with him.
The two started developing issues after Mr. Greenstreet at an NDC congress in Kumasi criticized the government for providing bad governance to Ghanaians.
“Nobody is feeling the better Ghana…” he told the NDC crowd.
Among people who described the CPP scribe in various unpalatable terms was Sam George, who said the man needs ‘elevation’ to see the better Ghana Agenda.
Other politicians including Alban Bagbin also descended heavily on Mr. Greenstreet for the comment.
